Seven Weeks to Silence
This online course meets once a week for seven weeks. Through out these seven weeks you will be gently guided into a relaxed state, each week allowing more and more time for silent meditation. From this relaxed state you will find it becomes easier with each session to find that deep silence of meditation.
Why Meditation
It took me 20 years to achieve a true state of meditation. and to be honest I never really knew what all the fuss was about, it seemed like a complete chore to me, but after I started practicing hypnotherapy, on my own, and as a hypnotherapist, one day I just found myself doing it! I wasn't even trying, my mind just went silent, and then i understood what everyone was making such a big fuss about, those moments of true silence is a calm I had never experienced before. In this Course
This course is the gentlest path towards meditation. Whether your are a skilled meditation practitioner who has fallen off your routine, or completely new to meditation, this course will gently guide you to those golden nuggets of silence. Throughout the seven weeks we will meet weekly (remotely). During this time we will meditate together as a group and have plenty of time for discussion and I will share some tips about meditation. You will receive a recorded session of each week's mediation to practice each day we are not meeting. The course is designed to bring you closer and closer each week to being able to drop into silence on your own at any time. (Full Curriculum)
